เมล็ดกาแฟดอยสามหมื่น (Doi sam muen) อำเภอเวียงแหง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นเมล็ดกาแฟอาราบิก้า 100% ที่ปลูกบนความสูง 1,300 – 1,600m เหนือระดับน้ำทะเล ‘สามหมื่น’ เป็นชื่อเรียกที่เพี้ยนมาจากชื่อภาษาจีน ‘ซานเมิ่น’ ซาน คือสาม เมิ่นแปลว่าประตู โดยสามารถไปดอยสามหมื่นด้สามทาง ทางแรกคือ อ.ปาย จ.แม่ฮ่องสอน ทางที่สองคือดอยหลวงเชียงดาว ส่วนอีกที่คืออำเภอเวียงแหง จ.เชียงใหม่
ทางร้านเลือกใช้เมล็ดที่ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตแบบ Washed Process เพื่อให้ได้รสชาตกาแฟที่สะอาด กาแฟตัวนี้จะให้รสผลไม้ตระกูล Pear และ Lemon ในขณะเดียวกันก็ได้ความหวานแบบ ฺSugarcane ตบท้ายด้วย Floral อ่อนๆ บอดี้ปานกลาง ชงได้ทั้งดริปและเอสเพรสโซ่ โดยสายพันธุ์ที่ปลูกจะเป็น Typica รองลงมาก็เป็น Catimor และ Bourbon
ทางร้านเลือกใช้กาแฟจากไร่ที่ได้รับรางวัล อันดับ 8 ประเภท washed process จากการประกวดสุดยอดเมล็ดกาแฟพิเศษไทย ครั้งที่ 10 ปี 2566 โดยทางไร่ได้มีการเชิญเกษตรกรชาวโคลอมเบียมาช่วยดูแลในการ Process กาแฟ

Doi Sam Muen Coffee
Chiang Mai Province
Doi Sam Muen coffee beans come from Wiang-Haeng District, Chiang Mai Province. These 100% Arabica beans are cultivated at an altitude of 1,300 – 1,600 meters above sea level. The name ‘Sam Muen’ is a distortion of the Chinese name ‘San Men’—‘San’ meaning three and ‘Men’ meaning door. Doi Sam Muen can be accessed via three routes: from Pai District in Mae Hong Son Province, Doi Luang Chiang Dao, or Wiang Haeng District in Chiang Mai Province.
Our shop selects beans that undergo the Washed Process to achieve a clean coffee taste. This coffee offers flavors of pear and lemon, complemented by the sweetness of sugarcane and a subtle floral finish. It has a medium body and can be brewed as both drip coffee and espresso. The varieties grown include Typica, with Catimor and Bourbon as secondary varieties.
We source our coffee from a farm that won 8th place in the washed process category at the 10th Thailand Specialty Coffee Awards in 2023. The farm benefits from the expertise of Colombian farmers who assist in the coffee processing.

Note: Our medium roast tends to have a slightly acidic finish. If you prefer a less acidic taste, we recommend the dark roast.
